    I was really frustrated with the check-in process; it took forever, and staff seemed unbothered. The room was a nightmare-filthy and poorly maintained, plus the bathroom had a drainage issue. Definitely not what I expected!

    The atmosphere of the hotel is special! The rooms are fashionable and brand-new, equipped with a safe, cable TV and a mini bar fridge. Offers excellent service and tasty food.

    the staff are very professional, we loved them. this hotel offers silent and well laid out rooms with a nice view and bathroom, for instance. the breakfast is sumptuous with multiple options to choose from, had savoury food.

    We enjoyed visiting Kingdom of Dreams and the amazing performances there. The vibe at the waterparks was super fun. The hotel staff was on point. Highly recommend checking out the fitness center and relaxing by the pool after a day out.

    The hotel was impeccably clean, and my Superior Room was spacious and equipped with modern amenities. Especially Ms. Vidhya at the front desk, provided really good service.

    Recommend it for couples looking for nice experiences

    Had a surprise upgrade to a standard couple room with a bathtub, so relaxing! The rooftop bar at night was a total blast, great views and vibe.

    It wasn't the cheapest place around but acceptable considering it's decent.

    We really enjoyed staying here, especially waking up to a beautiful view from our Junior Suite. The hotel is conveniently located. I must say the breakfast spread was quite excellent!

    My wife says that room service needs to be quicker.
